All sales are final. Once a tracking number is provided, we do not offer refunds on any products. However, we do allow exchanges under the following conditions:

Exchange Period:
Exchanges can be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Eligibility:
Exchanges are accepted only for items with a verified manufacturer's defect or issue.

Condition:
The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, and proof of purchase must be provided.

Exclusions:
Items showing signs of misuse, damage, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for exchange.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer. However, customers may drop off the item at the nearest authorized dealer or choose to pick up a replacement at no additional cost from our main dealer located at 185 Smith St, Perth Amboy.
