2. Eligibility 

You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases from our store or use our services. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must make the purchase on your behalf.

3. Pricing and Payment

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge the payment method provided for any orders placed.

4. Orders and Shipping

• Order Processing: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. And we will send you a tracking number within two business days of the purchase date. We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities if a product is unavailable or in cases of pricing errors.
• Shipping: We exclusively use FedEx to manage shipping, aiming to provide the most cost-effective rates for our customers. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and FedEx’s delivery schedule. We are not responsible for any delays once the product is handed over to FedEx.
• No International Shipping: We currently ship only within [Country]. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

5. Returns and Refunds:
We only accept returns and offer refunds if the product has a manufacturer defect. If you believe your product is defective, please contact us within [7] days of receiving the item. The following conditions apply:

•  We offer a free-of-charge exchange if you choose to pick up the replacement product from our main dealer at 185 Smith St, Perth Amboy. 
• Refunds will only be issued for 90% of the price paid.
• The product must be returned in its original, unused condition.
• Any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
• You may either drop off the bike at the nearest authorized dealer or ship it back to us. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
• After we receive and inspect the product, refunds will be sent back within 7 days.

6. Warranty:
We offer a 1-month warranty on the battery and controller of our e-bikes and scooters, covering manufacturing defects. The warranty begins from the date of purchase. Please note that the warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper maintenance.
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
• Normal wear and tear on parts such as tires, brakes, or other consumables.

If a defect covered by the warranty arises within the specified period, please contact us for assistance with repairs or replacement.

7. Limitation of Liability:

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of use. Always follow safety instructions provided with our products.

8. Product Information:

 We aim to provide accurate descriptions, images, and specifications of our e-bikes, scooters, and other products. However, we do not guarantee that all information is free from errors, and minor variations may occur in the final product.

9. User Accounts:

You may create an account to track orders, store shipping information, and receive promotions. You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
